White Fused Alumina Introduction

White fused alumina is obtained by high-purity low-sodium alumina powder after high-temperature melting, cooling, crystallization, and crushing. It is a particle with tightly controlled particle size distribution and consistent appearance.Performance: White, with more than 99% α-type crystals, high purity, high hardness and high toughness, strong cutting force, good chemical stability, good insulation.

White Fused alumina powder has a narrow particle size distribution range, high grinding efficiency, and good polishing effect. The grinding efficiency is much higher than that of soft abrasives such as silica.Among them, the 8000 mesh and 10000 mesh series products are mainly used for polishing stainless steel, which can realize mirror polishing and improve the performance of polishing wax and abrasive paste products to a new level.

WHITE FUSED ALUMINA
ADVANTAGES
  • Does not affect the color of the workpiece

  • It can be used for sandblasting in the process where iron powder residue is strictly prohibited

  • Shaping grade particles are ideal for wet blasting and polishing abrasives

  • High Al₂O₃ purity with low Na₂O and low SiO₂
